Kinetic Fitness Cranleigh is built around a strong, supportive fitness community formed over the past six years. Many of our members have continued their training journey with us from SFC, helping create a welcoming and consistent group environment from day one.
At the heart of what we do is community. We believe training is more enjoyable and sustainable when people feel supported and connected.

Whether you are completely new to structured exercise or already active, our aim is to create a space where everyone feels comfortable and encouraged.
Members train alongside each other in structured sessions designed to build fitness, confidence, and consistency over time.
The best way to experience our community is to join a free group trial, meet the us, and take part in some sessions.
Fun, Energised Training Sessions
Our group sessions are designed to keep you moving, motivated, and smiling. With great music, varied workouts, and expert coaching, you’ll challenge yourself, support others, and feel part of a positive, inclusive environment.
Sport Events and Challenges
Our community doesn’t stop at training sessions. Members regularly come together to support each other at external events and challenges- from organised races and endurance events to fun runs and team-based challenges.
Whether it’s pushing for a personal best or simply taking part for the experience, there’s always encouragement, shared energy, and a real sense of achievement. It’s about showing up for each other, celebrating every effort, and making the journey as rewarding as the result.
Social Events
We love bringing our members together outside of training. From dog walks and quiz nights to curry nights and bowling trips, there’s always a chance to relax, have fun, and build friendships that go beyond group exercise sessions.

Community Success Stories
Cara first got into fitness a few years ago, looking for a way to improve her health, challenge herself, and meet like-minded people. From the beginning, she discovered a real love for exercise and quickly grew in confidence as she worked towards her goals.
Inspired by her own journey, Cara went on to train as a personal trainer, gaining the knowledge and experience to help others achieve their own goals. Today, she’s an important part of Kinetic Fitness Cranleigh, running a variety of training sessions and supporting members on their fitness journeys.
