At Kinetic Fitness Cranleigh, we believe fitness is about more than exercise- it’s about building confidence, consistency, and a supportive environment where people can progress at their own pace.

We are a fitness coaching team offering structured group training and personal coaching designed to help people improve their strength, fitness, and overall wellbeing, regardless of starting level.

Our coaching combines over six years of experience delivering group fitness sessions in structured, engaging formats. We focus on helping people build sustainable habits through consistent, well-designed training.

Sessions typically include a mix of:

  • Strength training

  • Cardio

  • HIIT circuits

  • Boxing-based fitness work

Each training session is designed to be varied, challenging, and scalable, so every individual can train at a level that suits them.

We currently offer:

  • Group fitness classes in Cranleigh

  • 1–1 personal training sessions

  • Free group trial sessions for new members

Meet Our Head Coach

Kinetic Fitness Cranleigh is led by Rich, an experienced coach with a proven track record of helping people achieve results.



With a background in endurance training, including 15 marathons and multiple ultra-marathons, his approach is built on discipline, consistency, and a clear understanding of what works. Through his extensive previous experience at SFC Fitness, Rich has developed a strong foundation in delivering effective group training and building a supportive, energising community, elements he brings to Kinetic Fitness Cranleigh.


He works with people at all stages of their fitness journey, refining a coaching style that delivers results while remaining supportive and sustainable. Every group and 1-to-1 session reflects that experience, with structured coaching that ensures each individual is challenged appropriately, supported consistently, and guided towards real progress.


This is professional coaching, delivered with purpose, within a community that values accountability, consistency, and high standards.
