"I am a curvy girl - definitely in the “plus size” category and, until recently, I did not do any regular exercise. I was aware of my poor fitness levels and rotund tummy but kept telling myself I’d do something about it “later”.
I contacted Rich about 1:1 personal training sessions because I knew something needed to change and I knew I couldn’t magically change overnight. I felt afraid to do group exercise - afraid I’d be judged, be embarrassed. Or collapse in a heap on the field.
Rich has been understanding, supportive and encouraging from day one. He balances genuine interest with firm belief that his clients can do more than they believe of themselves.
I’ve completed 10 1:1 sessions and have now joined the group boot camp sessions. I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes already and that’s purely a result of the increased exercise (I haven’t been dieting).
Rich creates a fun, safe atmosphere that allows members to work at a pace that is both challenging and achievable. If you’re feeling nervous to join don’t let your self-doubt stop you.

Workouts That Are Fun But Also Challenging
“I have been a part of Rich’s bootcamp for over 3 years and each session is different, fun, challenging and rewarding. The community that he has built is so supportive and friendly, there are always interesting and fun conversations to be had with a great friendly bunch.
Personally, Rich has really helped me with my running. A group of us signed up to do a 10km race a few years ago, and he pushed us to achieve our very best. Since then I have done a half marathon, and now a marathon using his training plans and lots of moral support! His genuine interest in helping people is what makes bootcamp so rewarding”.

Bootcamp sessions are fun, friendly and you can choose your pace and your level of challenge and Rich will adapt to push you harder or provide an alternative if you have a niggle.
