Hi, I’m Rich — and fitness has been part of my life for years.
What started with running quickly became a passion for outdoor training and building strong, supportive communities. I’ve completed 15 marathons and multiple ultra-marathons, experiences that have shaped my belief in resilience, mindset, and the power of showing up consistently.
For me, outdoor fitness is unbeatable — fresh air, team energy, and the motivation that comes from training alongside others. I coach with encouragement, positivity, and a genuine commitment to helping every member reach goals they once thought were out of reach.

Who we are
What to expect at Kinetic Fitness
Our sessions are a mix of HIIT, Circuits, cardio, strength & boxing. Most sessions will be a mix of body weight exercises and free weights, like kettlebells, dumbbell or weight plates. We’ve got plently of other equipment to keep things interesting too!
It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned exerciser, lapsed or you’ve never run for the bus! Our workouts are inclusive and will challenge you, We love it when someone hits a new goal or achieves a milestone.
